Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of vacuum cleaners, vacuum motors, cleaning machines, cleaning machine accessories, vacuum cleaner accessories, single disc machine accessories, scrubber drier accessories, floor pads & brushes (Makage), and spare parts including dent puller accessories.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return beyond this period, provided the issue is reported immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables such as certain floor pads, brushes, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, or improper installation.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at the designated support email to initiate a return.
  2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Customer support will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Ship the product securely using the original packaging or equivalent to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Replacement / Exchange

  • Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrect items.
  • Replacement requests are processed after verification of the returned product.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items immediately upon receipt.
  • Photographs of the damage or defect may be requested to facilitate a replacement or refund.
